Base pay range

$20.50/hr - $27.00/hr

Our media and entertainment client in New York, NY is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month contract. This position is ONSITE and 40 hours a week. 

You will be supporting events, activations, project research and day-to-day project management. Experience in events, activations, working with talent, etc. is all highly preferred. 

Duties of the Production Coordinator: 
- Support all talent partnerships, events, and activations 
- Conduct talent research and contribute to casting recommendations based on strategy, creative needs, and budget 
- Track and analyze brand partnerships to inform team strategy 
- Maintain team resources, including the talent site, decks, and trackers 
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and itineraries for talent 
- Assist with on-site talent management at events and shoots 
- Manage pre-production scheduling (shoots, fittings, VO sessions, prep calls) 
- Support post-production tasks such as payroll, social content, and PR coordination 
- Compile post-event recaps with press and photography 
- Track budgets and talent-related costs 
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and meeting scheduling 

Requirements of the Production Coordinator: 
- A minimum of 2 years in talent management, communications, or events within media or entertainment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Canva 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
