Product Manager - HealthTech | AI
$200-250k + equity
San Francisco or New York
Our client is building AI-powered infrastructure for modern healthcare workflows, helping clinics automate operational tasks, improve efficiency and unlock better patient and business outcomes.
We’re looking for a Founding Product Manager to work directly with the founders and play a critical role in shaping the future of the platform. This is a true zero-to-one opportunity for someone excited about building products from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment.
You’ll help define product strategy, work closely with customers to understand real workflow pain points and partner with engineering and design to build AI-native tools that deliver meaningful impact for healthcare providers.
What You’ll Do
• Work directly with the founders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Lead customer discovery and deeply understand behavioral health clinic workflows and operational challenges
• Translate customer pain points into intuitive AI-powered product experiences
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to rapidly prototype, test and launch new features
• Help shape AI agent workflows and automation capabilities across the platform
• Define product metrics, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data
• Support onboarding, adoption, and go-to-market initiatives as the company scales
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, AI or healthcare technology
• Strong zero-to-one mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric approach with experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
• Interest in AI workflows, automation, and emerging AI-native product experiences
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system-level tradeoffs
• High ownership, strong execution, and excitement about early-stage startup environments
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage company at a formative moment and have direct influence over both product direction and company trajectory.
