A high-growth startup in the data enrichment space is hiring its first dedicated Growth Product Manager to build and scale the company’s growth engine from the ground up.
This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder, ships quickly, and obsesses over metrics that actually matter: activation, conversion, retention, and referral. You’ll work directly with a small, highly technical team to identify growth opportunities, run rapid experiments, and compound what’s already working.
What you’ll be doing
Own core growth metrics across the full customer lifecycle
Audit and optimize onboarding, upgrade flows, activation loops, and retention mechanics
Design and launch referral systems and viral growth mechanics
Analyze user behaviour, churn patterns, and product signals to uncover leverage points
Partner closely with engineers to rapidly ship and iterate on experiments
Use data and AI tools to drive smarter product and growth decisions at speed
What they’re looking for
4–7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Growth Product Management
Strong track record improving funnels through experimentation and iteration
Product-minded operator with strong growth instincts and understanding of user psychology
Comfortable working with SQL, analytics tooling, experimentation frameworks, and statistical significance
Naturally AI-native in the way you work, analyze, and execute
Someone who defaults to action and testing, not over-planning
The company is building infrastructure for contact enrichment and lead intelligence, aggregating data from 20+ premium vendors into a single platform. They’re a lean, fast-moving team of ~10 people with strong early traction and backing.
Hybrid setup with flexibility around in-office expectations. Visa sponsorship is not available.
