Process Engineering Manager

Dizario Search is partnered with a growing plastics & medical device manufacturer, seeking an established Process Engineering Manager to join their team near Milwaukee, WI. Our client is looking for a leader to oversee a team of process engineers to drive new machinery development, establish KPI's for internal team members, and lead project management efforts alongside other engineering leaders within the organization. This role offers a competitive base salary, benefits, bonus incentive, and PTO. Our client will relocate someone who is looking to move to the Milwaukee, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support engineering team.
• Develop strategies to drive successful engineering projects and ensure all projects meet company and client specifications.
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics.
• Train new engineering team members on both technical engineering and project management skills.
• Work directly with internal operations and engineering management teams to ensure all company and client goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 5+ years' of experience managing engineering teams.
• Previous experience managing scrap, stability, and capability.
• 3 + years' of experience in, Injection Molding is required for this role.
