Our challenge

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer for a Critical Requirement supporting enterprise-scale cloud applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS-based applications, cloud-native platforms, microservices architecture, and performance engineering.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for:
• Web Applications
• APIs
• Microservices
• Cloud-native applications hosted on AWS

Perform:

• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Endurance Testing
• Scalability Testing
• Volume Testing
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.

Collaborate with:

• Development Teams
• DevOps Engineers
• SRE Teams
• QA Teams
• to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system behavior.
• Analyze application performance across:
• EC2
• Kubernetes/AKS/EKS clusters
• RDS
• API Gateways
• Distributed Microservices
• Monitor and troubleshoot:
• CPU utilization
• Memory leaks
• Thread usage
• Response times
• Database performance
• Network latency
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed performance tuning recommendations.
• Validate application scalability and resiliency under peak loads.
• Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Work closely with cloud engineering teams to optimize:
• Autoscaling
• Container performance
• Infrastructure utilization
• API throughput
