The Opportunity
Madecraft has built strong distribution channels through partnerships with leading platforms such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight, and Cornerstone OnDemand.
We’re now looking for a Partner Manager to own the active management, expansion, and optimization of Madecraft’s partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of partners, content, and commercial performance; ensuring our existing partners are fully optimized, and that our content strategy is aligned to what drives revenue across each platform.
You'll own the operational success of our partner libraries while supporting the VP of Sales on new partner acquisition and broader commercial strategy, playing a critical role in making sure we execute and extract maximum value.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Partner Performance & Optimization
- Own the day-to-day relationship with key distribution partners
- Analyze partner performance to identify growth opportunities
- Drive initiatives that increase content adoption, visibility, and revenue
- Ensure each partner is fully leveraging the Madecraft library
2. Content Strategy Alignment
- Surface partner performance signals that inform content decisions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure content production aligns with partner demand
- Identify gaps in the library based on partner needs and trends
- Recommend content updates, repositioning, or new packaging based on partner signals and catalog gaps
3. Commercial Insight & Opportunity Identification
- Spot patterns in what content performs (and what doesn’t) across platforms
- Surface actionable insights to inform pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Support the VP of Sales with data-driven recommendations
4. Partner Delivery & Execution
- Ensure content is delivered accurately and effectively across partners
- Maintain high standards across partner libraries (completeness, freshness, relevance)
- Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and releases land successfully
- Improve and formalize distribution workflows that today are functional but not yet fully systematized
5. Data, Systems & Reporting
- Own reporting on partner performance and content distribution
- Maintain visibility on what content is live, where, and how it’s performing
- Use tools (e.g. monday.com, spreadsheets, internal systems) to track and optimize performance
- Bring structure and clarity to complex datasets and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4-8 years in partnerships, content distribution, or channel-focused roles
- Experience working with digital platforms, marketplaces, or content ecosystems
- Ideally exposure to L&D, e-learning, or media/content distribution
Capability
- Highly analytical, comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Commercially aware, understands what drives revenue and partner success
- Operationally strong, able to turn insight into execution
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across partners and internal teams
Mindset
- Hands-on and proactive, not afraid to get into the detail
- Curious, constantly looking for ways to improve performance
- Structured thinker, able to bring order to complexity
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Thrives in ambiguity and messy systems; able to bring order without over-engineering or needing a perfect playbook
What Success Looks Like
- Partner performance is clearly understood, tracked, and consistently improving
- Content strategy is visibly aligned to partner demand and revenue opportunity
- Gaps in partner libraries and content coverage are identified early and addressed
- Partners are engaged, enabled, and actively growing their use of Madecraft content
- Internal teams have clarity on what content to prioritize and why
- Distribution operations scale smoothly as the partner ecosystem grows
