Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
LHH is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Branch Operations Manager within the Tampa, Florida market. This position will oversee daily branch operations including purchasing, scheduling, customer service, operational reporting, budgeting, team leadership, and overall workflow coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across scheduling, inventory coordination, customer service, project support, and field operations activities
• Manage operational workflow, inventory movement, project timelines, and service execution
• Support budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, and cost control initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, sales, and field teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns and support overall client satisfaction throughout project execution
• Monitor operational KPIs, workflow performance, and process improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop operational staff within a team-oriented environment
Requirements
• 5+ years of operations leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ERP, inventory management, financial, and operational reporting experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems preferred
Location: Tampa, Florida
Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 annually
