Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead our clients production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is being elevated from a production-focused leadership structure into a broader operational leadership position focused on accountability, efficiency, workforce management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of the production floor, lead teams effectively, anticipate operational challenges before they arise, and create structure in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across two connected manufacturing areas
• Lead and manage approximately 33 employees, including supervisors, leads, and production personnel
• Drive scheduling, staffing, labor planning, and production execution
• Monitor throughput, productivity, and overall floor performance
• Reinforce and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Hold team members accountable while supporting employee development and performance improvement
• Collaborate closely with quality and leadership teams to ensure production standards and operational goals are met
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
• Proactively solve operational and production issues before they impact the floor
• Create a structured, efficient, and accountable manufacturing environment
• Take full ownership of operations and lead the floor with confidence and urgency
