Ginspire Health is rapidly growing and looking for an energetic, personable, and highly coachable Patient Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton.

This is not a boring corporate healthcare job.

You’ll be one of the first real human connections our customers experience after purchasing from our brand. Your role is to help customers feel informed, confident, supported, and excited about their wellness journey.

Responsibilities:

• Call new customers after purchase

• Help guide patients through onboarding

• Explain products and protocols in a simple, supportive way

• Complete intake questionnaires and documentation

• Coordinate with the clinical team

• Deliver a premium customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly and confident phone presence

• Positive attitude and high energy

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Passion for wellness, supplements, fitness, or health optimization

Bonus Experience:

• Customer service or healthcare background

• Wellness or supplement industry experience

• CRM or intake software experience

• Personal interest in peptides, biohacking, longevity, or functional health
