Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Black River Falls, WI. The position involves completing day-to-day operations related to specific governmental duties, which may include administrative tasks, project coordination, policy research, and service provision to the community. Professionals in this role will work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to uphold the Government’s commitment to serving its citizens effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative and Organization skills, including planning, scheduling, and managing records.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to interact with the public and collaborate with team members.
• Analytical and Research capabilities for policy development and problem-solving within governmental contexts.
• Basic Computer Proficiency and familiarity with software platforms relevant to office operations.
• Knowledge of local governance structures and public administration, or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in community engagement, project management, or governmental roles is a plus.
