Building the future of supersonic flight requires an operational engine that never skips a beat. We are looking for a 'Utility Player'—an aspiring marketing leader who can move from high-level project tracking to boots-on-the-ground event execution without breaking a sweat. Manage high-stakes logistics and brand assets as the operational heart of Boom’s world-class Marketing team.
The Mission
As the Marketing Coordinator, you are the glue that holds our most ambitious initiatives together. You are the owner of the details—the one who ensures our facilities look world-class, our assets are organized, and our events run like clockwork. You remove the friction that slows us down, serving as a proactive partner to the entire organization.
What You’ll Do
Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,828 - $93,370 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
There is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the search is no longer active.
ITAR Requirement
To conform to U.S. Government aerospace technology export regulations (ITAR and EAR), applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Logistics: You are the air traffic control for our swag and production inventory. You’ll manage internal requests, external fulfillment partners, and the high-stakes logistics of global reorders.
- Master the "Run of Show": When it’s game time for an event or facility milestone, you lead the manual execution. Setup, teardown, catering, and vendor management—you ensure the Boom experience is flawless.
- Be the Librarian: You’ll manage our Digital Asset Management system (Shade), ensuring our world-class photography and film are organized, tagged, and accessible to the people who need them.
- Drive Team Efficiency: You’ll maintain the pulse of the team through Notion, monitoring project health and implementing new tools (including AI solutions) to help the Marketing Team do more with less.
- A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a checklist; you write it. You proactively look for gaps in our process and close them before they become problems.
- Unflappable: You thrive in high-pressure environments. Whether it's a 5-week travel sprint or a last-minute logistics crisis, you remain calm, professional, and execution-oriented.
- A Systems Thinker: You love order. You take pride in organized data, clean dashboards, and a digital library where every file is exactly where it belongs.
- The Ultimate Utility Player: You have "The Boom Grit." You’re just as comfortable coordinating with a CEO’s office as you are on the shop floor helping a photographer capture a test. No task is too small if it helps the team win.
- History in the Making: You will look back and say you were there when the world went supersonic again. You aren’t just watching history; you are the engine making it happen.
- High-Stakes, High-Reward: We move in 3-week Agile sprints. You will see your operational improvements and logistical wins translate into mission success in real-time. At Boom, your work is never "background"—it is the fuel for our progress.
- The Best Work of Your Career: This is an onsite, "utility-player" role in our Centennial HQ. You’ll be at the heart of the action, surrounded by the world's most ambitious engineers and creators, ensuring our state-of-the-art facilities and events are as world-class as our aircraft.
