The Position

As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you’ll support live outreach campaigns and work directly with members of the public to help increase awareness and engagement for nonprofit initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site role combining communication, marketing, customer interaction, and sales within a collaborative team setting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Representing nonprofit campaigns professionally during in-person outreach initiatives

• Engaging with members of the public and communicating campaign messaging clearly

• Supporting campaign performance goals and daily outreach targets

• Assisting with registrations, customer interactions, and general campaign coordination

• Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and team development sessions

• Working alongside experienced team leaders in a structured, growth-focused environment
