Healogix Associates are responsible for providing project support activities as directed by project/client leads including managing logistical aspects relating to the fielding and execution of qualitative and quantitative studies at Healogix. Such duties include managing sample vendor/supplier relationships, monitoring the fielding process, supporting development of research-based materials and study close out management.
Key Responsibilities
Involved in study initiation including development of kick-off decks, field plans and study materials (as appropriate) for project team
Assist in the development of qualitative screeners (with project lead sign off)
Help in the review of study related materials with project lead/other senior team members
Participate in briefings with all external vendors working on a study, explaining the administration of the interview (this does not include a review of the discussion guide).
Monitor study progress to ensure all recruitment quotas and deadlines are met according to specifications provide internal and client field updates
Assist client/project leads in the analysis and subsequent reporting for both qualitative and quantitative projects
Other responsibilities as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the client/project lead, prepare initial drafts, project materials, proposals, budget requests, and reports. Contribute to the proposal process, including development and proofreading, as directed by the client/project lead.
Chart population, QC of final reports, template population
Proof reading of final reports, development of slides for final reports as required
Attend client meetings and industry conferences at the discretion of project leads and senior management
Assist client/project lead in other additional responsibilities as assigned
Experience/Position Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or other advanced degree a plus. Science-based background desirable
2+ years of conducting market research for the pharmaceutical industry
Prior experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal research teams and taking direction from project leads
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
