About This Role
The Manager, Data Management is an individual contributor role within US Decision Sciences / Data Management. This position is responsible for executing defined data management activities to support the delivery of accurate, analytics-ready commercial data for reporting, insights, and field execution.
The role supports established data pipelines and works under direction from senior team members to manage assigned data sources, feeds, or components of larger pipelines. The Manager applies strong data fundamentals to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness within a clearly defined scope.
What You’ll Do
Execute assigned data management deliverables aligned to analytics and reporting priorities
Support ingestion, transformation, and refresh of commercial data sources within established pipelines
Own discrete data sources, feeds, or pipeline components within a defined scope
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to confirm accuracy and completeness
Implement data mappings, transformation logic, and requirements defined by senior team members
Respond to analytics and reporting data requests and clarify data issues as needed
Coordinate with IT and platform teams to run pipelines and troubleshoot routine processing issues
Support external data vendor data loads, refresh cycles, and issue follow-ups.
Maintain data definitions, assumptions, and documentation for assigned data sources
Identify data issues, escalate risks, and support resolution using established processes
Apply existing data management standards, controls, and best practices consistently
Who You Are

Deep knowledge around pharma data with specific focus on US-based data
Practical and solution-oriented when working with imperfect or incomplete data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Data Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, analytics enablement, or related roles within biotech/pharma, healthcare, or consulting
Thorough knowledge of at least one of the following data sets: IQVIA, Komodo, Clarivate
Hands-on experience supporting data pipelines from ingestion through analytics-ready delivery
Working knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
Ability to interpret and implement data requirements, mappings, and documentation
Basic to intermediate experience with SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data warehouses)
Experience working with analytics, reporting, and IT partners

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $122,000.00-$163,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
