The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting in logistics or supply chain.
- 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
- 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
- 10 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
- 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
- Experience with data center logistics.
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end daily logistics operations management, managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations. Manage performance to the aligned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently and effectively ensuring business continuity.
- Manage and monitor metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce end-to-end delivery cycle times. Ensure alignment of priorities and joint opportunities to scale the business efficiently, delivering on joint performance goals.
- Drive continuous opportunity initiatives to address obstacles for both forward and reverse material flows into and out of data centers/warehouses.
- Own initiatives in a changing environment with many interdependencies. Own quarterly/annual budgeting, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within your locations.
