Job Description

  • Support Adobe’s Substance 3D business within the Creative and Professional portfolio
  • Execute transactional sales motions including renewals, add-ons, true-ups, and expansion deals under $50K
  • Partner closely with Substance Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Consultants to support deal execution and customer continuity
  • Maintain operational rigor across the sales lifecycle while helping protect recurring revenue and accelerate deal closure


Responsibilities

  • Manage transactional sales activity across renewals, expansions, add-ons, and new business opportunities under the defined deal threshold
  • Ensure timely opportunity progression and accurate execution of approved pricing and deal structures
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting updates, quote generation, approvals, and order processing
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth renewal and expansion workflows
  • Coordinate with Solution Consultants for demo support and customer-facing materials when needed
  • Escalate strategic, high-complexity, or out-of-scope opportunities to the appropriate sales owners
  • Support clean qualification and disqualification processes to improve customer experience and protect specialist bandwidth


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of transactional sales motions including renewals, expansions, licensing, and true-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and technical teams
  • Strong CRM discipline and operational attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills with experience handling pricing, renewal, and contract-related customer conversations


Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $44/hr W2 plus benefit and 401k options and quarterly spot bonuses
