This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The individual in this role will manage HR-related activities such as implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, maintaining personnel management standards, and supporting overall HR management. Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with employment laws, assisting in employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Experience in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with remote work tools and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
