We are seeking a polished, energetic, and sales-driven Client Coordinator to be the face of our Med Spa. We own several MedSpas within the US. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, has a passion for aesthetics, and excels at both customer service and sales.


Position Summary:

The Client Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional front desk experience while driving revenue through service and product sales. This role manages daily client interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks, while building strong relationships and ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and provider calendars efficiently
  • Educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and skincare products
  • Drive sales through consultations, upselling, and rebooking
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, text, and email promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records in scheduling/CRM systems
  • Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
  • Support daily operations including opening/closing duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (med spa, retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and closing sales
  • Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email, and in-person)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a polished and professional appearance
  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
