Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator supports the production team in bringing elevated brand experiences to life. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused — ideal for someone who thrives in the details and enjoys being onsite making things happen.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Miami, FL (local candidates only)

• 1–3 years of experience working at an agency (experiential, events, or marketing agency preferred)

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Experience supporting live events onsite

• Working knowledge of budgets — understands tracking, line items, reconciliation, and financial accuracy

What You’ll Do:

• Support event producers in planning and executing experiential activations

• Assist with vendor coordination, timelines, procurement, and production documents

• Manage administrative tasks, contracts, and internal systems

• Help track budgets, POs, invoices, and reconciliation

• Be onsite at events to support setup, execution, and breakdown

• Maintain organized project files and communication across team
