This is an ideal role for an experienced Engagement or Customer Success Manager who excels at building trust-based client partnerships, ensuring project or consulting delivery and driving long-term growth by providing professional services. You align client needs with tailored solutions, deliver measurable value across the engagement lifecycle, and act as a strategic advisor, shaping outcomes and strengthening relationships at every stage.
What you’ll do:
- Customer Success: You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, escalations, and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term value. The role monitors customer health, understands licensing and professional services contracts, proactively mitigates risks, and aligns services with customer goals. Acting as the internal customer advocate, you will support delivery and product teams, while contributing to process improvements and maintaining a solid understanding of the Flowable platform, its roadmap, and the market landscape.
- Delivery Excellence: You will be responsible for leading client projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. You will coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams, tracks progress, risks, issues, and team performance, implement corrective actions when needed, and ensure the quality of deliverables or consulting mandates with the assigned customer portfolio.
- Commercial Growth: You will be responsible for identifying and developing professional service growth opportunities through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. By understanding the professional service offering, you will translate client needs into actionable plans aligned with internal capabilities. You will support contract negotiations with the Account Executive and will evaluate partner involvement to ensure optimal project delivery.
What you bring:
- More than 5 years of extensive experience in client engagement, project leadership, consulting, or a related role within the software industry.
- Proven success in leading complex, high-value projects or customer portfolios with significant business impact.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across regions or divisions.
- Strong track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships, often at executive levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and business development.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior and mid-level managers.
