Division President – Manufacturing Operations

An established mid-sized manufacturer in the Greater Columbus / Greater Dayton region is seeking a Division President to lead operational performance, strategic growth, and overall business execution within a fast-paced metal fabrication/manufacturing environment.

We are seeking an operationally focused executive leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and can drive accountability, performance, and long-term growth. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering with senior leadership to strengthen culture, improve efficiencies, and support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial performance
• Drive operational excellence, financial accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture centered on safety, quality, and results
• Support strategic planning, customer relationships, and long-term business growth
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability

Ideal Background

• Executive leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations is a must
• Strong operational leadership and P&L management experience required
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-accountability environment
• Experience within metal fabrication/manufacturing or OEM-driven industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
