Job Description

Contentizer is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dispatch Assistant to support daily dispatch and logistics coordination at our Hialeah, Miami, location. This role plays an important part in helping organize delivery routes, monitoring shipment progress, and maintaining communication with drivers and operations staff to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily dispatch schedules and delivery routes
• Track deliveries and shipment status to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with drivers regarding route updates, delivery instructions, and schedule changes
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery logs, and operational documentation
• Support logistics scheduling and route coordination
• Report delays, issues, or route changes to the logistics team
• Prepare basic reports and assist with maintaining organized dispatch files
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
