Entirely bootstrapped and already profitable, the company initially built a direct-to-patient platform. Over the past year, revenue has grown exponentially. Having successfully systematized our first major wave of scale, the business is now entering its next phase of growth as it expands both its reach and service offering.

About the Role

This is not a traditional operations role focused on maintaining existing processes. It is a highly strategic, cross-functional builder role at the center of a rapidly scaling healthcare platform.

Working directly with the CEO, this person will help architect and scale the operational infrastructure of the business across operations, systems, analytics, automation, and organizational growth. The role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, customer experience, and growth strategy — helping the company scale intelligently while continuing to deliver an exceptional provider and patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize core operational workflows across onboarding, reimbursement, fulfillment, and subscription management
• Partner with the technology team to automate workflows, improve systems, and eliminate operational friction
• Build dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and KPIs that drive visibility and decision-making
• Translate strategic priorities into operational execution across leadership, operations, and technology teams
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and help scale the company’s operational infrastructure
• Recruit, onboard, and help develop a high-performing operations team as the business grows

Preferred Background

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, investment banking, healthcare services, or a high-growth startup
• Experience in health tech or other operationally intensive environments is highly valuable
• Exposure to process design, workflow automation, analytics, or systems implementation is a plus
