As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and enhancing business outcomes for our clients. You’ll leverage your expertise to drive optimizations across various media channels, audience targeting, and investment strategies, ensuring impactful and data-driven decisions.


Here’s what you’ll do:


  • Insight Delivery: Provide actionable insights to clients and partners through regular, comprehensive reporting.
  • Analytical Exploration: Under supervision, you will utilize your analytical curiosity to uncover the reasons behind business outcomes and guide strategic decisions.
  • Data Management: Collection, aggregation, and segmentation of data from diverse sources, including internal and partner datasets.
  • Standards Adherence: Adhere to data collection and taxonomy standards across paid, earned, and owned media, as well as third-party sources.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Lead Analyst on collaboration with strategic partners to develop and communicate recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Client Support: Complete client ad hoc requests, including data anomaly explanations, unique data pulls, and custom visualizations, as assigned.
  • Expert Communication: Grow your expertise on the category verticals assigned and establish credibility through strong communication.
  • High-Quality Delivery: Thrive in a dynamic environment, consistently delivering accurate, actionable insights and high-quality reports.


Here’s what we’re looking for:


  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience ( or a combination of work experience and internship experience) with a strong grasp of data technologies and concepts. Degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or similar; Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Data Manipulation: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation is a plus, with a solid understanding of relational data properties.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create compelling dashboards and visualizations.
  • Tag Management: Familiarity with tag management platforms and Customer Data Platforms.
  • Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex mathematical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Client Engagement: Skill in delivering professional client presentations and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Strategic Insights: Ability to identify strategic insights from large datasets with supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Segmentation Experience: Experience with consumer and business segmentation is advantageous.
  • Media Platforms: Understanding of media platforms such as Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, LiveRamp, etc.
  • Analytical Methodologies: Familiarity with core analytics methodologies (e.g., regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, decision trees).
  • Report Development: Experience creating reports and analyses from various data sources, including email, social media, CRM, paid search, SEO, direct mail, and demand data.

ON very rare occasions, we will consider specific positions for remote work on a case-by-case basis. Our expectation is the same no matter where the work is done - employees must be flexible to meet the needs of Luckie and clients, which may include more attendance in an office or travel to clients.
