This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll be designing, modifying, and optimising complex control systems across a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and improving PLC, HMI, and servo control systems
• Leading troubleshooting on complex electrical, mechanical, and process issues
• Supporting new equipment installs, commissioning, and upgrades
• Driving continuous improvement and performance gains across production
• Mentoring engineers and technicians while working cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams

🛠️ What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with PLCs (Rockwell OR Siemens) and industrial controls
• Ability to fault-find and solve complex system issues under pressure
• Background in manufacturing, automation, or high-speed production environments
