With a diverse project portfolio - including K–12 schools, higher‑education facilities, fire stations, public buildings, hotels, and a growing presence in wastewater treatment facilities - you’ll be joining a company with a robust project pipeline and multi‑year backlog.

Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and take ownership of 1 - 4 projects at a time, typically overseeing a total workload of $25M–$40M.

This role is office-based with weekly site visits across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Managing subcontractors and field teams
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Maintaining strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Using Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years of commercial construction experience
• Ground-Up experience in the education sector is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
