Your New Role

As the Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in the success of upcoming projects by:

• Preparing detailed & accurate cost estimates
• Reviewing blueprints, specifications & project documents
• Collaborating with project managers, preconstruction, and field teams
• Managing subcontractor outreach, pricing & qualification
• Helping develop competitive bids while maintaining quality standards

What You Need to Succeed

✔️ 5+ years of Estimating experience in Commercial Construction

✔️ Experience with ground‑up projects over $25M

✔️ Proficiency in estimation software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)

✔️ Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach

✔️ Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
