Business/Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level)

We are seeking ambitious recent college graduates to join our team as Business/Compliance Analysts supporting one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders in San Antonio. Selected applicants will gain hands-on experience in mortgage operations and compliance consulting, work alongside experienced consultants, and develop specialized expertise that is highly valued across the financial services and consulting industries. We will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed.

• Support mortgage operation and compliance projects
• Analyze documentation, processes, and data with precision and accuracy
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with other consultants, analysts, and clients

What We're Looking For:

• Recent college graduate with undergraduate or graduate degrees in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills
• Good sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on the Client's needs.
