Clinical Trial Associate (Feasibility)

We are currently seeking a CTA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CTA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support feasibility activities across multiple studies and therapeutic areas
  • Assist with confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs), including processing, tracking, and follow-up
  • Coordinate feasibility surveys, ensuring timely distribution, collection, and accurate documentation of responses
  • Maintain and update site nomination trackers with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with Feasibility Leads and cross‑functional team members
  • Communicate professionally with sites, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proactively anticipate team needs and ensure seamless study start-up workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the feasibility function

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) experience
  • 2+ years of feasibility-related experience within clinical research
  • Strong understanding of:
  • CDA documents and the CDA management process
  • Feasibility surveys, including distribution and tracking workflows
  • Site nomination trackers and site selection processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and anticipating team needs
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), feasibility platforms, or document tracking tools
