About Position: Client Partner- ISV (Hi-Tech)


The Client Partner will drive strategic growth for Persistent’s ISV (Hi-Tech) vertical by managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships with product companies. The role focuses on expanding digital engineering, cloud, and platform-led engagements while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management
  • Own and grow relationships with strategic ISV clients (SaaS, platform, and product companies)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and product leaders
  • Drive account mining and multi-year growth strategies
  • Revenue & Growth Ownership
  • Own P&L and revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Identify and close opportunities in digital engineering, product modernization, cloud, data, and AI
  • Drive large deals and transformation programs
  • ISV & Product Engineering Focus
  • Engage with clients across product lifecycle (build, scale, modernize)
  • Position Persistent’s strengths in software product engineering, cloud-native development, API/platform engineering
  • Support SaaSification and platform transformation journeys
  • Ensure seamless execution in collaboration with global delivery teams
  • Collaborate with solutioning, pre-sales, and industry teams
  • Thought Leadership
  • Bring market insights on ISV trends, including AI-led products, cloud ecosystems, and subscription models
  • Represent Persistent in client forums and industry discussions


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 12–18+ years in IT services/consulting with strong exposure to ISV / Hi-Tech clients
  • Proven track record in account growth and large deal closures
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Digital Engineering & Product Development
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • SaaS, platform business models, and API economy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Experience working in a global delivery model


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
  • MBA preferred
