Hartman House Women is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and recovery-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our growing team in Delray Beach.

This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven women’s recovery program focused on helping women build stable, sober, meaningful lives through structure, accountability, community, and individualized support.

We are looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, highly responsible, and passionate about helping women navigate early recovery and independent living.


About Hartman House Women's

Hartman House Women is a structured sober living and transitional care program serving women recovering from substance use and mental health challenges. Our program combines accountability, mentorship, community support, and real-world life skills to help residents stabilize, grow, and move toward long-term independence.

We believe healing happens through connection, purpose, structure, and community.


ResponsibilitiesResident Support
  • Build positive and professional relationships with residents
  • Support women in developing healthy routines, accountability, and life skills
  • Encourage participation in recovery meetings, community activities, and wellness routines
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and emotional support while maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Help residents navigate employment, education, volunteer work, and personal responsibilities
Transportation & Community Engagement
  • Transport residents to meetings, appointments, community events, and approved activities
  • Assist residents in becoming connected to the local recovery community and sober support network
Accountability & Safety
  • Conduct urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing
  • Support house structure through wellness check-ins, curfew accountability, and observation
  • Report concerns related to relapse, mental health, safety, or resident behavior to leadership promptly
House Operations
  • Help maintain clean, organized, welcoming homes
  • Assist with household organization, supplies, and resident accountability systems
  • Support move-ins, orientations, and day-to-day house operations
Team Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case review discussions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation when required


Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organized, and emotionally mature
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a structured recovery environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Experience in recovery, behavioral health, mental health, sober living, or related fields preferred
  • Personal recovery experience is valued but not required
