Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager – Land Development

A nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm is actively seeking a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to support the continued growth of its Land Development team in the Phoenix market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design and execution of land development projects from concept through construction
• Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design plans
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Assist with project management responsibilities including schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Mentor junior engineering staff and support overall team development
• Support permitting efforts and agency coordination throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience within land development/site civil engineering
• Strong technical background in:
• Grading
• Drainage
• Utilities
• Site layout
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, residential, or institutional projects preferred
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
