Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and implement analytical testing methods
  • Roll out advanced technologies for measuring the composition and structure of substances
  • Support QA/QC labs and plant floor analytical stations
  • Implement and validate new laboratory equipment
  • Troubleshoot analytical testing systems
  • Document testing methods, work practices, and Ways of Working
  • Develop and deliver training materials for hourly and salaried team members
  • Lead project update calls and support cross-functional project execution
  • Work independently while maintaining a proactive, result-oriented approach

Qualifications Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment
  • Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (food manufacturing preferred)

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Experience implementing new laboratory technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing food laboratory environment

Language Requirements

  • Proficient in English
  • Fluent in French
