Chemical Process Engineer

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Process Engineering search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and troubleshooting plant process systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing product quality through continuous improvement and refinement of operating procedures.
• Generate innovative ideas to boost manufacturing performance by applying lean manufacturing concepts.
• Lead the implementation of new operational excellence initiatives, incorporating lean principles and advanced production systems to achieve greater efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
