Change Manager

Position: Remote Change Manager

Duration: 1 year contract w/ extensions

Location: Remote; EST preferred

Travel: Quarterly

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of Change Management Experience
• Experience working in a client-facing Change Management role
• US Government Customer Experience
• Experience working with or supporting a Simulation Software environment or software implementations
• Experience working in large complex environments

Day to Day –

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote change manager to join one of our simulation software companies. The ideal candidate will support large-scale initiatives within complex, enterprise-level environments. This role will be responsible for driving adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring successful change outcomes for client-facing programs, particularly those supporting U.S. Government customers and technically sophisticated platforms such as simulation software.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute change management strategies to support enterprise programs, system implementations, and operational transformations
• Serve as a client-facing Change Management partner, collaborating closely with government customers, program leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Develop and deliver change artifacts including change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics
• Facilitate alignment across business, technical, and leadership teams to ensure change readiness and sustained adoption
• Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and briefings to support awareness, buy-in, and successful transition
• Track change progress, risks, and adoption metrics, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership
• Operate effectively within large enterprise or government environments, adhering to required processes, governance, and compliance standards

Compensation:

$40/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
