Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Travel Required: 1 week per 1-2 months and may include global travel.
To support execution of Organizational Change Management strategies that empower end users to understand, accept, and successfully transition to new processes, roles, and technology.
Key Objectives:
To support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization
To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified technology, processes, and organizational structures
To execute on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes
Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review
Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state
Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations
Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
The ability to work at all levels within organizations
Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience
SAP experience strongly desired

Identifies and escalates issues and risks within area of responsibility directly to the engagement management team and takes responsibility for resolution
Builds relationships with client leads based on mutual respect and commitment

Able to give and receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively and constructively
Can deliver within a broad area of responsibility on an assignment

Is capable of supporting a sales visit with a new prospect in area of technical competence

Fully aware of HCL’s commercial accountability on engagements and contributes towards delivery of them
Able to identify opportunities for add-on business within client engagements and convincingly articulate HCL capabilities and offerings to clients
