As a Business Coach at NTV360, you will be the driving force behind our franchise owners' success. Our franchisees are driven, fast-paced entrepreneurs; they don’t need a micromanager—they need a high-energy strategic partner, a mentor, and a powerful motivator. You will spend your days actively communicating, coaching, and strategizing with them to expand their venue partners and scale advertising sales to local small business owners.

We are looking for a mature, outgoing "player-coach" who brings real-world sales perspective and a consultative approach to our collaborative corporate office in Lakewood.

• Unleash Motivation: Spend your days actively communicating with, inspiring, and energizing franchise owners. You are their strategist, cheerleader, and accountability partner all rolled into one.
• Drive Venue & Ad Sales Growth: Guide and consult franchisees on strategies to expand their local venue networks and maximize advertising sales to small business clientele.
• Consultative Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor. Help franchise owners troubleshoot business bottlenecks, refine their local market pitches, and build the confidence to scale.
• Build Meaningful Relationships: Cultivate deep, long-term rapport with a diverse demographic of independent business owners based on mutual respect and shared success.
• Process Enablement: Help owners implement standard operating procedures and NTV360 systems through positive reinforcement and real-world execution.

• A High-Energy Communicator: You genuinely love people and could talk all day. Dynamic conversation fuels you, and your enthusiasm is contagious.
• Professional Maturity: You possess the career experience and emotional intelligence (High EQ) required to earn the respect of independent entrepreneurs. You know how to read a room and adapt your style.

• Lakewood Local: You thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Lakewood, CO headquarters.

• Proven track record of motivating teams or clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Exceptional verbal communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work full-time out of our Lakewood, CO office.
