BOX Floor Broker

Description

Wolverine Execution Services is looking for an experienced Floor Broker to assist in all functions of the BOX trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute option trades via Open Outcry on the BOX Exchange Floor and electronically when available
• Identify liquidity sources to optimize order pricing
• Operate the Wolverine Trading Platform floor broker workstation
• Summarize trade activity for clients to help assess trading decisions
• Provide backup support for Brokers and/or Clerks in other trading pits as needed
• Participate in monthly compliance meetings
• Engage in annual compliance exams
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
• Required: Series 7 or Series 57

The base compensation range for this role is approximately $85,000 - $105,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Execution Service's total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
