Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Lifecycle Services to join our growing leadership team. This is an additional role supporting our division's expansion, working alongside two existing Associate Directors to scale our service delivery capabilities, enhance our offerings, and drive client success.

The ideal candidate brings a strong service delivery background, commercial acumen in pricing and margin management, and a client-first mindset. You will own service operations, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver lifecycle services to enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of lifecycle services including procurement, deployment, asset management, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Manage multi-client portfolios ensuring SLA adherence, quality standards, and client satisfaction
  • Monitor operational performance through established KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a team of service delivery professionals and engineers,
  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvement across the lifecycle services workflow

Commercial & Pricing

  • Develop and refine pricing models for lifecycle service offerings
  • Manage P&L accountability for assigned accounts or service lines
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and maintain strategic OEM/distributor relationships
  • Balance client value with profitability and margin targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and executive point of contact for key client accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with pre-sales on new business development
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high client retention

Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to the development of new lifecycle service offerings
  • Support go-to-market strategy and positioning for the Lifecycle Services division
  • Partner with other TOGA divisions (Managed Services, True Solutions) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Represent Lifecycle Services in cross-functional leadership forums


Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven background in lifecycle services, asset management, or IT procurement within an enterprise services environment
  • Strong commercial skills: experience pricing services, managing budgets, and driving profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments

Preferred

  • Background with IT service providers, VARs, resellers, or managed services organizations (e.g., CDW, SHI, Insight, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices
  • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, Government, or Manufacturing verticals
  • Established vendor relationships with major OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Technical certifications (ITIL, PMP, or equivalent) a plus
