Position Overview
The Associate Leasing Broker role at Blue West Capital is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to launch or grow their careers in commercial real estate. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in the leasing process while contributing to the success of our clients and partners. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies for retail and mixed-use properties
Assist in market research, including analyzing trends, rents, and competitive landscapes
Prepare lease proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses
Participate in property tours and client meetings
Support senior brokers and real estate analysts in transaction management and deal execution
Build and nurture relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals
Participate in business development activities to identify new leasing opportunities
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or related fields
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
