Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects throughout the Dallas market. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams on mid/high-rise and podium-style developments, assisting with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, and project reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and field personnel
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Participate in OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams
• Utilize Procore, Smartsheet, and related construction management software
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or field engineering
• Multifamily construction experience preferred; podium, mid-rise, or high-rise experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Primavera is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
