The best ones I’ve heard start like this: “What if we…?” In the early days of conversion rate optimization, we didn’t ask: “How do we sell more?” We asked: “What’s holding them back from buying?” What if we found ways to overcome all those obstacles? That single question turned dead-end clicks into billions in revenue. The right question won’t just spark curiosity. It will build trust. And trust builds tribes.
