👁️ Alcon Completes LumiThera Acquisition to Advance Dry AMD Care Alcon has completed its acquisition of LumiThera, bringing the Valeda® Photobiomodulation (PBM) system into its portfolio. Valeda is currently the only approved noninvasive light therapy device for early and intermediate dry AMD, including non-central geographic atrophy.
