The advantage with this UI is that the entire module is less than 10mm thick which includes light guide, graphics sticker, PCB and components. The capacitive touch UI is interfaced with a LabView system used to model a virtual refrigerator that would respond to the commands from the User Interface.

    • Implemented an SQL database of 100,000 packages with unique tracking numbers, package source and destination.
    • The system implemented Dijkstra's algorithm to compute
    the shortest path for delivery of a package through the list of 26 FedEx distribution centers in the United States.
    • A user could query the system with a unique tracking number which ran a concurrent thread, to get the current state of the package transit as well as a timestamp of every city the package has traversed through.
    .• Both the simulation and the User Interface threads executed concurrently providing the basis for a real-world tracking system.
