Data democratization is happening. The question now is: How do we manage the unintended consequences? In this week’s RedThread Research People Analytics Huddle, a member shared the ripple effects of rolling out Claude as a co-pilot across their organization. The intent—to broaden access to people data—was the right one. But the reality has been more complicated. More people are doing analysis. But not all of it is accurate, appropriately applied, or well understood.
