  • HR System Academy for the Eurasia & Africa Group

    -

    The core concept of this project was to challenge the Human Resources team to think about its current function and to establish its future role as a credible business partner. Uniting with company leaders to achieve business goals encourages lateral thinking and a greater degree of collaboration. The project promotes best-in-class learning and system practices, working through a networked organization, and collaboratively finding innovative solutions for sustainable success.

    We have opportunities to participate in global Coca-Cola properties such as the Olympics. Our ‘Go for Gold’ Employee Ambassador Programme for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games gives associates nominated by their peers a once-in-a-lifetime experience to be in Beijing to experience the excitement of the games and even meet star athletes. I represented the Coca-Cola India business unit as the “Go for Gold Ambassador” for the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
