    Contribution to the accomplishment of the program’s goal focused on establishing a single set of optimized processes that prompted cost-effective management of Langley’s wind tunnels, research laboratories, utilities, and infrastructure assets.

    FeedbacK™ wins first place prize of more than $10,000 in cash and services

    Herndon, VA – FeedbacK Enterprise, LLC, a company that develops analysis technology to revolutionize the way people learn, teach and enjoy life, won the Get Started NOVA pitch competition hosted by Cox Business and Inc. Magazine. The event featured five finalists that were selected from businesses throughout Virginia that applied to pitch. The event took place live at the Center for Innovative Technology last Thursday night, August 21.

    FeedbacK™ products are designed to deliver personalized, adaptive and instant feedback coaching. Their flagship project, FeedbacK Golf, uses a hands-free voice command and smart phone technology to record and individual’s golf swing at the driving range and present instant feedback.

    McDonald presented a two and a half minute verbal pitch and answered questions from a panel of expert judges, ultimately taking first place and more than $10,000 in cash and services from Cox Business and other partners including The Washington Business Journal, Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and Cox 74. Expert judges for the competition included Ted Rubin, social marketing strategist, brand evangelist and CMO, Michael Bare, president of Bare International and Josh Linker, author of Disciplined Dreaming and CEO and managing partner of Detroit Venture Partners.

    “Congratulations to FeedbacK Enterprises, LLC from Cox Business,” said Steve Rowley, senior vice president of Cox Business. “Our goal was to help drive these businesses forward with expert advice, cash, services and connections with the right influencers while shining a spotlight on the hot bed of entrepreneurship in Virginia.”

    FeedbacK Enterprise, LLC won based on the company’s innovation, ease of implementation and benefit to the community.
