“Working under Shellie D’Angelo Delaney was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. She is a rare executive who pairs strategic clarity with deep operational insight and leads with a standard of excellence that elevates every team she touches. Shellie doesnt just drive transformation — she architects it. In every environment we worked in, she turned complexity into clear direction and chaos into structure, creating systems and roadmaps that genuinely moved the business forward. What I valued most was her mentorship. Shellie invests in people with intention, challenges them to think bigger, and models accountable, resilient, human-centered leadership. She sets a pace grounded in discipline and purpose while leading with compassion, ensuring her teams feel both supported and empowered. Any company fortunate enough to work with Shellie gains more than an executive — they gain an architect, a stabilizer, and a transformational leader who redefines the direction of an entire organization.”

I volunteer with Autism Speaks to help advance understanding, acceptance, and opportunity for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
This work resonates deeply with me. My own son is on the spectrum, and I’ve seen firsthand how early intervention, support, and community can completely transform a life. What began as a personal journey became a calling to help build systems that see people for their full potential, not their limitations.

What began as a personal journey became a calling to help build systems that see people for their full potential, not their limitations.
Professionally, I’m known as a Rebuilder-someone who restores trust, structure, and integrity to systems that have lost their foundation. Personally, that same drive fuels my advocacy: rebuilding pathways of access, inclusion, and hope for families navigating the autism journey.
Supporting Autism Speaks allows me to merge both sides of who I am, a leader who designs systems that serve people, and a parent who knows how powerful it is when those systems truly work.
For me, rebuilding isn’t just about technology. It’s about transforming lives. -
