- Hosting info meetings in collaboration with Team in Training staff on several locations
- Reaching out to participants (e-mail, print, face-to-face)
- Mentoring participants throughout the program duration on a varied set of questions, e.g. gear, fundraising, training, etc.
- Personally fundraised for the cause
