Amidst the relentless churn of #opinions and #data, clarity often feels like a luxury, and AI may not be the answer. As leaders, we are tempted to reach for the nearest “simple answer” and move on. Occam’s Razor—embracing the most straightforward explanation that works—remains an incisive mindset when navigating complexity. Yet, nuance is critical: the most succinct answer is not always the truest. In practice, we see #simplicity wielded hastily: broad strokes become blame, complexity reduced to cliché, empathy lost in overconfident certainty. For #Indianleaders and #digitalcreators, true mastery lies in balancing the elegance of simplicity with the rigour of #criticalthought. Let’s pause before leaping to conclusions. Occam’s Razor is best applied with an awareness of its limits, especially in echo chambers where diversity of perspective is desperately needed. THESIS: OpenAI's expectation for 70% revenue growth through 2030 from its $13 billion run-rate hinges on its large language models becoming the intelligence layer for applications across categories including CRM, ERP, supply chain and engineering. Recent alliances with Oracle, Nvidia and Broadcom highlight its focus on cloud capacity expansion and GPU supply, while reducing reliance on Microsoft. Given OpenAI's aggressive infrastructure build-out, we believe it will leverage competitive pricing to boost consumption and sustain its market-share lead over Anthropic, Google Gemini and Meta.

I recently had a discussion with 3 of the world’s most influential minds, Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai and Jensen Huang. We talked about the endless possibilities around the AI revolution. This conversation had all the necessary elements, fun, dilemma, visionary idea, bold predictions & a lot more. The atmosphere was beyond business possibilities.  It was supercharged towards a scope of growth. It wasn’t limited to tech, but opened up to a space of strategic innovation. Their minds were bubbling with ideas. The energy I felt in the room was contagious.  I dropped my thoughts around adopting a strategic mindset to integrate AI into growth. And yes, even they agreed: The biggest risk isn’t what AI can do. It’s what happens if we don’t secure it. . .
